    JD for IT recruiter position(2-3 yrs):-

    * End to End Recruitment and Selection Process.
    * Understanding the requirements from the clients.
    * Sourcing candidates from job portals such as Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn.
    * Screening candidates by taking telephonic round of interviews.
    * Interview scheduling, Follow ups.
    * Selection Procedure.
    * Maintaining and updating database of candidates.
    * Good Team Handling Experience.
    * Should be task oriented, achiever.
    * Strong COMMUNICATION , negotiation and convincing skills.
