    Hiring for US IT Recruiter (Urgent Required- Only Male Candidates)

    Years of Experience: 2.5-3.5 Years of Experience
    Position: Full Time

    Work Location: Mumbai
    Notice Period- Immediate


    Job Duties:
    Will be responsible for handling complete cycle of recruitment
    Prioritizing the Jobs depending on the need and urgency
    Assist in the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
    Discussing and learning the details of each position and be able to discuss these with potential candidates.
    Source new candidates for the open positions
    Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
    Research and recommend new sources for active and passive recruiting
    Demonstrated ability to use various recruitment tools
    Experience in recruiting US citizens/ GCs a MUST
    Experience with job boards; like Dice, Monster, Careerbuilder etc; with strong Boolean Logic skills are highly preferred
    Extensive use of professional / social networking, headhunting specially for filling hi-end complex jobs
    Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
    Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
    Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
    Review and pre-screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
    Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in our Applicant Tracking System.
    Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
    Must have very good communication & interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team environment.
