Role: 
This position provides direct oversight and management to coordinators and telecallers across Kerala and ensures 100 % lead conversion. Responsible to expand into new markets and new locations, improve individual and team productivity, generate new potential clients and renewal of existing clients and manage overall P&L accounts.

Key Deliverable:



• Manage the team of regional Photography consultants and relationship managers & ensure 100% lead conversions are made.
• Responsible for recruiting talent as full time or free lancers, and ensure optimum leads are fed to their bucket.
• Work Closely with the Regional Managers , Customer Service Managers in regions to generate leads for conversion
• Also concentrating on outbound wedding business sourcing through tie ups with wedding halls, Hotels, greeting card printers etc. for the regions
• Wedding Photography targets/Alliance photography targets to be met
• Maintain and ensure that pipeline is updated regularly
• Develop regular MIS reports on targets
• Lead internal review meetings for sales
• Handling client escalations & resolving it within TAT
