We are looking for highly motivated, energetic and skilled agents with excellent English communication skills for our US Clients.

Job Description

• A highly confident individual with excellent communication skills in the English language.
• Must be able to converse in neutral or American accent
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions or alternative

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Must be aware of how to approach new potential customers
• Efficient enough to manage heavy calls flow

Eligibility

• Must have at least 1- 2 years of working experience preferably as a CSR
• At least a bachelor’s degree and additional English language course will be a plus
• English proficiency is must since customers are based in the USA.
• Willing to work in night shifts.
