• Attending Service breakdowns on time and closing them within set time frames.
• Maintain item/product wise list of existing customers.
• Retaining the Service relationship with Existing Customers.
• Selling SPARES and AMCs.
• All Machine customers to be met on every Mondays & Fridays and SCR to be made.
• Generate Spares revenue. 
• Searching for new customers in the market, who might benefit out of our products & services.
• Minimum of 2 visits to be made to every existing customer on a monthly basis.
• Analysing and Reporting probable product usage/requirements of customers to the management.
• Monitoring quality issues & complaints and taking appropriate action immediately. 
• Keeping track of receivables and doing follow ups systematically.
• Setting up new Customer Accounts.
• Selling wide range of products and services of JPS to existing customers, in addition to their regular items. 
• They have to inspect all the machines and make reports for the management that whether or not new machines are required.
