Roles & responsibility 
  • Should have experience in selling Safety consulting services, preferably from a Safety consulting company. However, will be responsible for business development of all verticals (Environment, Process Safety, Construction Safety, Electrical Safety, and Logistics/Road Safety) in the Western Region (Maharashtra, Goa & Gujarat).
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in selling.
  • A Graduate in Engineering or Environmental Engineering/Sciences are preferred.
  • The position reports to the Chief Marketing officer of CholaMS Risk Services and will lead the Western Region’s BD Team.
  • Build and maintain relationships, generate leads, conversions.
  • Joint Offerings/Co-Branding activities.
  • Mentoring & Monitoring BDMs/ Growth Managers of your team.
  • Maintaining MIS of Proposal/Collections / Price Negotiations.
  • Spot opportunities for acquisition.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen.
  • Establish marketing plan, target setting and evaluation.
  • Identify new opportunities in various markets and accelerate customer acquisition.
  • Brand building on Social Media, seminars, networking avenues and all counters.
  • Collaborate with other team leaders and support strategic business needs and initiatives of the organization.
