Job Description:

• 10+ Years experience in the IT industry.

• Experience in managing at least 2 end to end implementations of RPA projects (strategy, deployment, maintenance production support) in onsite-offshore model.

• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and requirements simultaneously

• Play an integrator role between business and IT team to meet business needs.

• Experience in working with the Customer teams and Business Analysts to develop Detail level project plans.

• Ability to communicate with all levels within an organization

• Ability to identify barriers, resolve and/or escalate as appropriate Excellent technical team management skills with a passion for quality

• Experience with Agile methodology tools such as JIRA etc.
