Job Description for CRM:
*Should have good communication skill.
*Maintain all the queries regarding booking and sales updates in MIS.
*Follow up calls.
*Educating customer about project details, keeping data base and information of individual customer.
*Entertaining any enquiry that rises in pretext to details of payment or any other commercial.
*Keeping track of collections.
*Preparing MIS, weekly reports.
*Candidate should have handled client relation in advance.
*Should have knowledge of excel, MS office, etc
*Co-ordinate with the banks for the Home loan / Bank loan tie up *Handling inbound / Outbound calls
*Resolve customer queries pertaining to their plots / villas / apartments
*Will be responsible for handling Clients and their queries.
*Coordination with concerned department for any modification request. Site Visits and Site updates.
*Maintaining MIS.
*Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
*Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organisation and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
*Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
*Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM.
*Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
*Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
*Overseeing the migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as SMS and email.
*Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products.
