Job Description

 

1) JOB ROLE: (SALES EXECUTIVE)

Generate new orders for the Company's standard products and servicesto meet booking goals for

Accounts served directly and indirectly by this position.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Conduct daily sales appointments to existing and prospectivecustomers to promote and sell EIA’s

Product and service offerings.

2) Develop and maintain an annual sales plan for assignedterritory/accounts that meets or exceeds

His/her orders plan and grows market share within their assignedaccounts.

3) Keep current on all of the Company’s products from a technical,application, pricing and selling

Benefits standpoint.

4) Prepare monthly sales forecast and target account pipeline updatesfor assigned accounts directly

Served by this position.

5) Be able to demonstrate standard demo equipment and train customersin applications, features

and benefits of products and how they compare to competitive products.

6) Follow up on all assigned leads and enter the results in thecompany’s CRM system. Aggressively

pursue the most promising opportunities.

7) Support directly assigned distributor accounts with joint salescalls and training commensurate

with the business volume/potential of the distributor.

8) Document in the Company’s CRM system, and to manager and/orappropriate EIA personnel, all

customer appointments.

9) Learn and follow current EIA Sales processes including salespolicies..

Qualifications:

1) BE/BTECH WITH ELECTRICAL, ELECTRONICS, MECHANICAL ENGINEERING.

2) A MINIMUM OF THREE YEARS SELLING AND APPLYING INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION

PRODUCTS OR DRIVES.

3) MUST BE PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT OFFICE SOFTWARE AND HAVE BASICCOMPUTER

PROFICIENCY SKILLS.

Languages:

1) ENGLISH

2) HINDI.

3) TELUGU (OPTIONAL)

SALARY:

Negotiable.
