*Provide pre and post- sales technical support and training services.

*To coordinate with the sales team in promoting the software business

*Analyze the customer to create a demonstration experience that is customized to the stated business needs, objectives, and questions of the customer audience.

*Provide Technical implementation services leadership to help drive successful adoption of product solutions and applications.

*Define client process and workflow analysis, as well prepare documentation, and deliver Company solutions to meet customer needs.

*Develop project implementation plan and schedule.

*Obtain approval of system design, functional and technical specifications and otherproject deliverables prior to configuration development activities.

*Delivers engaging, informative, well- organized presentation.

*Provide pre and post- sales technical support and training services.

Requirement :

Graduation - BE / ME (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)
Experience - 2 to 3 years industry experience in HVAC / Piping / Electrical
Salary - Negotiable
