Job Description:

Role Overview

Alert handling and escalation - provide support services for engineering and other technical teams Triage, track and troubleshoot within their defined areas, following standard operating procedures (SOP). 

Vendor management and Interaction - includes coordinating with internal users, engineers, vendors, etc. 

Responsibilities: 

Manage and maintain the Internal Monitoring Systems (these report on the status and performance of Network, ISP services and facilities) 

Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to faults on internal systems, services and networks, liaising with 3rd party vendors, handling escalation through to resolution). 

Access provisioning for internal applications, application upgrades and management, network equipment build and installation. 

 Maintenance of WIKI and technical documentation (for NOC) of processes and procedures used throughout normal operation
