Administration Manager
CES Limited is an information technology consulting and process outsourcing Services Company, which helps its customers with information technology services/solutions and streamlining their business process by leveraging our expertise and domain knowledge in various technologies
.CES Limited is looking for an Administration Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. An administration manager who has excellent communication and organizational skills will bean ideal candidate to fit the role.
The role is to ensure all support activities are carried out efficiently and effectively to allow the other business operations to function properly.
Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and devise ways to streamline processes
• Ensure smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials with attention tobudgetary constraints
• Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
• Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
• Liaising with Government Departments like Electricity & Labour Department etc. for prompt support and work closure wherever necessary
• Checking contractor records
• Supervise and lead the activities for facility management encompassing housekeeping, security management (people, assets, and facility), canteen facility, organize and supervise other offices activities (recycling, renovations, event planning, etc.)
• Well versed with Labor Laws Compliances inclusive of Factories Act, Pollution Board, Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wage Act, Payment of Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, etc.• Manage effective maintenance of building services (electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing, landscaping, civil works, etc.).
Requirements
• Preferably a male candidate with at least 5 years of proven experience as administration manager
• In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
• Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
• Proficient in MS Office• An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• A team player with leadership skills• BBA/BBM/MBA in business administration or relative field.
