Ensures areas of responsibilities are maintained with high level of cleanliness
Maintains daily, super cleaning and periodical cleaning of rooms
Coordinates Single Entry System with Room Service, Laundry, Maintenance, Florist and Front Office
Coordinates pest control, flowers, plants and periodical cleaning operations in rooms
Reports maintenance defects and follows up
Cleaning of rooms in emergency situations
Inspects for cleanliness, proper amenities placement and room setup and maintenance defects
Always acknowledges guests with a courteous greeting with a smile ensures her staff do the same
All lost and found articles are reported immediately to the desk coordinator
Ensures all Housekeeping equipments are maintained properly
Ensures that there is adequate equipments and that they are in working condition
Ensures that all soiled linen and garbage is removed from the floor
Requisitions for all stocks required for the floor, i.e. amenities, linens, cleaning supplies and materials weekly
Maintains pantries with par stock of linen, household cleaning supplies and guest request items
Ensures guests special requests are delivered and then returned to the department
Supervises and keeps records of various task that have been completed
