We are looking for Project Manager for our Vijayawada locations.

• Should be capable of ensuring timely completion of projects and handling site team.Handle building construction projects
• Should be able to read, understand, interpret, and execute various drawings.
• Should be able to get quantities need of various items on site
• Should have complete technical knowledge of construction
• Should be able to maintain speed and quality of construction
• Should have the ability to develop and maintain good vendor relationships and capability to liaison with architect, consultants and contractors.
• Should have knowledge of the latest construction technology, management systems and software's such as MS Project, Primavera & AutoCAD.
• Will be responsible for Supervising lay-out of building, execute and supervise excavation work, R.cc. work of sub structure such as raft foundation, plinth beam, ramp, etc. and superstructure such as column, roof slab & finish work such as brick work, plaster, flooring, painting, plumbing, fire fighting, electrical work, etc. as per approved drawing and specification.
• Will be looking after the arrangements of resource like manpower, material and machinery.
• Estimate quantity of materials for construction,
• Responsible for site management, quality assurance and documentation, Control over wastages of materials, Checks Contractor Bill, Liaison with management, architect, and other consultants.
• Prepare BBS and maintain slump and cube testing process, measure each work at end of each day for record.
• Will be responsible for the Implementation of the health and safety measures on site.
