Responsibilities:

Ensure availability of vacancies for each graduated student at our center.
Support the Center Manager and Counselor in student selection
Support the trainer in conducting assessments to ensure students match to the client requirements
Counsel students throughout the course of the program to ensure their expectations are aligned to the job opportunities available
Own the relationship with the corporate clients and facilitate the placement process
Ensure the placement targets are met

Requirements:

Excellent ability to establish and maintain corporate relationships
Strong communication and influencing skills
Well groomed and pleasant personality
Language skills: Local language, Hindi(applicable only in certain states) and English
