• ·        She/he is Key objective for developing and leading strategic planning,business development and business operations efforts to advance company strategicposition in both the short and long term. 

• ·        Corporate Strategy Manager involves in the development of quantitativeand qualitative analyses, business plans or partnerships in order to help driveour business forward. 

• ·        This role requires the ability to work cross functionally with projectteams and key stakeholders, utilizing analytical skills in dissecting complexproblems and delivering clear recommendations to improve results.

• ·        Coach support staff and mid-level managers in all strategic initiatives,ensuring that this process is successful and continuous.

• ·        Collaborate closely with the Corporate Strategy Group and key businessgroup leaders to support decisions and evaluate potential businessopportunities

• ·        She/he will play a key role in strategy formulation and will collaboratewith team members on a broad range of topics, including growth opportunities,mergers and acquisitions, product lines and new business initiatives.

• ·        Contribute to the overall development and cultural growth of theCorporate Strategy Group

• ·        Need to work closely with internal business units and senior managementthroughout the organization, as well as engage with external partners andvendors.
  

QualitativeRequirements & Educational Background

• ·        The corporate strategy advisor must have a long record of success indeveloping business plans and procedures with a positive outcome. He should bean innovator and know the ins and outs of various financial structures,outsourcing opportunities, public communications and competitive intelligence.The successful candidate will have outstanding written and oral communicationskills and be able to lead large teams of managers while inspiring and influencinga diverse workforce.

• ·        A corporate strategy advisor must typically have a bachelor’s or master’sdegree in business or finance and have between five and 10 years of experiencein business management.

• ·        Experience managing small teams of highly talented strategy professionals

• ·         Experience in a corporate settingleading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
