Work with the training team and ensure training on generic APhS SOPs to all employees using appropriate monitoring methods. 

d)Conduct routine internal reviews for deals as per the approved FY plan. And assist in adhoc reviews as requested.

e)Follow up on closure of CAPA for the internal reviews, by client and regulatory bodies if any
