Job Description:
Qualification : BE or Diploma in any Domain
Experience : 18+ yrs of experience in automotive company are most preferable
Salary : 50, 000 /-(Salary is not a constraint if the candidate is strong enough in his field)
Identifying new business from new clients
New business development in all OEM market and follow up with existing customers
Preparing sales budget for the year and achieving the targets
Co-ordinate with all Customers for any technical problem and sort out at the earliest
Frequent follow up with all existing customers and increase the volume of business
Generating new enquiry from new clients.
Visit the OEM Customers and get more share of business.
Request for RFQ for all OEM Customers,
Sending RFQ for new or existing parts to the suppliers.
Finalizing and raising PO for the Tool cost and part cost for the newly developing parts.
Ensuring the sourcing activities inline with the quality system for corresponding products as per APQP.
Coordinating with the Design team for the feasibility of manufacturing at supplier end.
Quality and delivery time of the new product until approval.
Monitoring and tracking the development activities at Supplier End.
Conduct periodical audits on development process and the work status of the suppliers.
Preparing Sales Budget & MIS
Focusing on receivable management
Monitoring dealer sales and marketing activities; implementing strategies to maximize sales
Payments follow up with whole sale distributor and state transport corporation
Timely Resolution of all end customers concerns related to fitment/service and Spares availability.
