Experience : 18 + yrs Salary Range: 40,000 -75,000 /- (Salary is not a constraint if the candidate is strong enough in the field)
Candidate should have minimum 18 + years of experience from automobile industries in QA and documentation & SPC. 7 QC tools, FMEA, Poke Yoke, PPAP, process capability studies, TQM & Six Sigma Implementations, Customer Quality,Customer communications, Documentation& Reporting,SQA Management,Cost Saving initiatives,Internal Quality Audits Etc....
QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, Plant Operations, IMPLEMENTATION OF PROBLEM SOLVING METHODS, CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS,PPAP,TQM,SPC,MSA,SIX SIGMA, SUPPLIER AUDITS
Customer Contact for Hyundai, Faurecia, Woosu India with a Team of 3 members.
Supported Daimler, Cummins, ford and Nissan during Initial sample approval & mass production.
Responsible for new die approval for regular production
Review the current status & arrive road map for achieving zero defects at Customer end.
Get the approval for customer touch points & create standard for mutual agreement from Customer
Response to Customer complaints (Root cause analysis / Corrective and Preventive actions-CAPA) for In-House and Supplier problems .
Preparation for ISAR trial runs and getting approval for the same
Monitoring and scheduling of In-process and Pre-despatch activity with respect to the Customer requirement
Preparation of AOI and Revalidation report.
Response for analysis of customer rejection parts, Salvage Complaints and Field claim parts with proper countermeasure
a)Supporting to Product development Team by giving valuable inputs during new part development and new die development with the past history.
b)Team member in New product development for initial Kick off.
c)Framing of PPAP reports for every new project by heading the CFT team.
d)Leading the in-process Quality with 12 Team members for both the machining plant.
e)Planning and approval of gauges and instruments for new products.
f)Preparation and updating of Control plan, Operating Standard and Work instruction.
g)Identification of Mistake proofing required areas and effective implementation and standardisation of the same.
h)Improving / Designing Gauges, Fixtures for supplier/inprocess.
i)Managing the 8D reply process for handling the external customer complaints.
j)Implementing ISO/TS 16949 standards for performing the follow up activities at in-house and as well as with Suppliers.
k)Educating the Inspectors and trainees about incoming,inprocess,customer,PDI quality activities.
l)Conduct the Process Audit and validating of process at Supplier as per the requirement.
m)Conducting fast response meeting daily - day to day issues are discussed and corrective actions are taken
n)Certified Internal auditor for ISO/TS16949 activities.
o)Response for the 5 star achievement activities.
