Job Description:

To optimize sales and profitability through effective utilisation of the lettable space and resources. Responsible for achieving and exceeding revenue targets through tapping new market segments and enhancing relationships with existing clients. Assist catering sales manager in reviewing, monitoring and revising guest service standards, thereby enhancing guest satisfaction. 
Assist and maintain an efficient administration system within the department. 
To continuously seek ways to maximize revenues and profits by upselling other facilities and services. 
To assist the catering sales manager in monitoring and analyzing activities in the market, through guest feedback so as to ensure that we stay ahead of competition. 
Actively solicit and develop sales and marketing activities with key industry partners such as travel agencies, convention organizers.
