Roles and Responsibilities:
• Identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification
• Reaching out to new customers and making pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services
• Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing and converting a potential lead to appointments.
• Voice calling, a mandatory part of the job
• Developing a database of qualified leads through referral, cold calling and email marketing
• Helping the clients to understand various product offerings and solutions
• Prepare necessary presentations, proposals for client interaction.
• Building and managing strong relationships with potential and existing customers
