Roles/Responsibilities:
l Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
l Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
l Creating New Network Business to the company.
l Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
l Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
l Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
l Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
l Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
l Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
l Developing growth strategies and plans
l Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
l Increasing client base
l Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
l Writing business proposals
l Negotiating with stakeholders
l Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
l Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
l Following industry trends locally and internationally
l Drafting and reviewing contracts
l Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
Requirements:
· total work: 10 years (Required)
· business development: 5 years (Required)
· New Network Creations or new Dealers Appointment: 5 years (Required)
· FMCG and Building Materials: 5 years (Required)
· Two Wheeler Mandatory
· Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
· Proven sales track record
· Experience in customer support is a plus
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
· Proficiency in English
· Market knowledge
· Communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to build rapport
· Time management and planning skills
(Industry: Preferably in Tiles Industry)
