Develop marketing strategy in line with company objective
Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
Should be able to lead the efforts of a team of diversely creative employees
Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, marketing , email, social media and display advertising activities
Should be able to plan and execute Social media marketing , Content marketing , Visual marketing , PPC
Should be able to Analyze the data and suggest improvements
Should be able to manage and maintain DB for campaign activities
Design, build and maintain social media presence for the company
Creation and publication of marketing material in line with marketing plans
Familiarity and skill with the tools of trade in marketing including public relations, written communication, website development, market research and creative services
Increasing brand awareness
Experience in UX design will be an added advantage
Should be up to date with latest trends and best practices in marketing (including Digital Marketing)
Should be highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing campaigns to engage, inform and motivate buyers
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution
Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on insights
Should have strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Experience in managing external PR , consulting firms and contractors
