Role Summary:
The Capability Lead is the Subject Matter Expert for related offering(s) in Accentures global portfolio. They leverage their expertise and in-depth understanding of industry, domain and competition to drive delivery excellence through initiatives like best practices implementation, focus on quality principles, implementation of best in class technology/ tools and enhancing productivity. They collaborate with offering leads, solution leads, delivery leads, account management and operational excellence teams and are able to engage with leadership team of our clients to drive Next Generation.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive next generation programs in existing deals and new solutions at the offering level & across delivery locations
Partner with the Sales and Solution team to draft responses to Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) including outlining how Accentures Health offering is differentiated from our competitors, proposing a competitive solution, investigating new and emerging trends in respective offering, and leveraging the service delivery standards to detail the requirements. Participate in client orals, due-diligence.
Provide support to Offering Lead to execute enhancements to the capability in support of the future roadmap.
Enable the Service Delivery & Accoung Lead Organization to drive Next Generation Adoption through analytics, best practices, quality principles, best in class technology and tools, process and productivity benchmarking
Maintain and create SDS (standard delivery solution) assets. Assist Solution Architects in the deal shaping process to achieve the standard solution, drive SDS adoption.
Communicate & Collabrate drive Capability Action Network forums. Manage the relationship and champion the journey with stakeholders to engage participation
Provide monthly progress reporting to stakeholders
Coordinate and promote .
