JOB DESCRIPTION:

JD:- Role: Trainer 

Must To have:-

We are looking at a candidate with strong experience in Oracle-Apps Development , Android-Application Development

, Informatica-BI Tools , Learning Delivery Operations SAP-ABAP Development , SAP-Syclo/ Agentry/ SUP/ SMP (JAVA&ABAP) Development Selenium 

1-3 years for SE; 4-6 years for SSE; 6-8 yrs for TL and 8-10 years for AM into training delivery experience Corporate/ University/ Engineering college is preferred. Candidates currently working in corporate training houses, training institutes & colleges should have experience in actual training delivery andor courseware development. If the only experience is in managing administering facilitating training programs, then we should not consider the profile

The candidate should be a SME in technologies as he/ she would be training delivery resources in IDC. We should consider candidates with training delivery experience in technology training only. We should not consider softskills or leadership training profiles

He/ she should also possess Curriculum and Content Development and assessment creation experience ( must for TL and AM)

Good communication, analytical skills and presentation skills (MS-Office)

Hands on experience (theory or practical) on demand technologies 

Should be ready to work as Trainer

Good communications skills, Interpersonal skills and creative mindsets are desirable. 

Content - creation and revision; content curation; content acquisition

Manage Training delivery(for TL or AM)

Candidates should ready to come for Face to Face round for presentation to be made by the candidate post clearing the initial technical round

Flexible to travel to other locations to deliver trainings sessions whenever required. Inform the candidates at screening sourcing that they might have to travel

Good to Have: 

Assessments/ certifications - QBs creation and revision

Self Competency Enhancement (technology upgrades, certifications, external conference speaking, publications, etc
