• Graduate (or) Post Graduate in computer science or related field
• Programming proficiency in the following languages: C++, C#, ASP, DOT NET
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Interest and/or passion towards people development
• Must possess extremely good communication skills & interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to motivate, mentor induvidual and teams
• Excellent presentation  skills is required

Responsibilities:

• Designing training programmes appropriate to the skills needed
• Delivering training programmes in both a formal (e.g. a classroom) and informal (e.g. floor-walking) setting
• Provide support for mentoring program for new employees
• Supporting and coaching learners to deliver skills
• Conducted knowledge sharing sessions with team members
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes and learning outcome
