• The Service Assurance and sales engineer for the international business will be responsible for pre-sales and solutions for all requirements of International carrier/cloud and content providers.
• The person will also be responsible for all service assurance related engagement with carriers including RCA and monthly/periodic cadence reviews.
• Assist on all business led pre-sales activities for all international carriers/cloud and content provider requirements
• Service assurance for all carriers
• Ongoing business relationship management activities (BRM role)
• Periodic account review of all service related improvement plans
• Identification of trends/RCA to improve overall service quality for the international customers.
