Candidate Must have minimum 1 to 2 yrs experience of online portals like oDesk, Upwork, Freelancer, Guru. Experience in handling International clients. Must be proficient in Proposal writing, keeping follow-ups, communication link between the development team & clients.

Generating business through Online bidding on portals like upwork, freelancer and guru.

Understanding the technical requirements from the postings.

Preparing response, follow up clients, SRS and business collaterals, detail understanding document and responsible for researching actively for potential clients

Business requirement gathering and business case analysis Strong written and verbal communication skills

Candidate must have proven record in online bidding and generating revenue through online bidding portals.

Should have prior experience in software or web development company.

Effective client communication

Identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and clients.

Online bidding, follow ups, competition analysis, discussion with offshore clients.

Generate leads for Digital Marketing, SEO, Website Designing,Web (PHP) & Mobile (iOS & Android ) app Development ) from online bidding portals

Following up clients continuously and responding to client inquiries.

Documentation ( Proposal)

Achieving business targets.
