Position : Executive / Senior Executive – Payment Assistance
Reporting to Team Leader- Payment Assistance
Function: Revenue Generation
Brief Description about the role:
Responsible for Revenue Generation by assisting the customers in Payment issues and convincing those customers who are one step away from paying to make the payment.
Educational Qualifications: Any graduate with an experience of Min 0.5Yrs
Skill sets:
Excellent verbal communication; Proficiency in the respective Regional Language
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Excellent Problem Solving Skills
Good knowledge in online commerce,payment gateways,credit card techniques.
Core Competencies:
High degree of Service Orientation
Responsive towards every inbound call.
Persistence during telecalling and conversion processes
Ability to convince,negotiate and persuade the customers and guiding towards payments gateways.
Drive for results
Should possess very good telecalling experience and capability.
