1. Proven Ecommerce Copywriting and team management experience (U.S, Canada, U.K markets) 

2.Train, educate and test content team on functional requirements and implement best practices 

3.Define and implement roadmaps for multiple content projects as per clients requirements 

4.Collaborate with clients and internal teams on project requirements, clarifications and SOPs 

5.Proofread, edit and optimize product copy for both grammar and established guidelines 

6.Develop, maintain, improve and implement training and quality initiatives

7.Complete all deliverables on-time, at highest quality and under challenging deadlines

8.Create client-facing delivery reports and internal project reports for management
