Roles and Responsibilities:
* Handling end-to- end recruitment
* Source profiles using Jobs Database, Existing Database and Social Sites.
* Understand Candidate needs and aspirations.
* Scrutinizing and select candidate’s matching client needs.
* Conduct HR interview to judge the candidate's suitability, Academic &Professional, qualification, experience, communication skills, etc (HR profiling).
* Handle salary negotiations.
* Liaison for scheduling interviews to ensure early completion of the process.
* Follow up Candidates and ensure they join.
* Creating status reports like joining reports, interview schedule, hiring reports, and maintaining resume database.
