·        Employee services and counseling

Educational Qualification

·        MBA in HR from any reputed Management School

·        Certification(s)from NHRD preferred

Work Experience

·        7+ years of work experience in people managementactivities

Responsibilities

 

·        Managingthe entire recruitment process, including advertising, selection, interviewsand on boarding.

·        Developand continuously update the orientation package to be delivered to newemployees.

·        Ensurecompliance with the standard operating procedures (SOP) of the organization

·        Ensurethat all HR policies and SOPs are updated regularly.

·        Modifying,implementing and innovating various compensations plans, reward &recognition schemes, HR policies and communicating them across the organizationat all levels.

·        Carryout innovative employee engagement to promote retention, should have excellentknowledge in reward and recognition programs.

·        Advisingand coaching managers on people management matters and complying withemployment Law.

·        Leadperformance management activities of the organization and ensure timelycompletion of performance appraisals. Conduct appraisal audits and Performanceawareness sessions for all employees.

·        Measureneed of training & development in the organization and design best possibletechniques to enable and enhance the capabilities of employees.

·        Ensureadequate internal communication in the organization regarding changes topolicies etc.

·        Conductexit interviews and absconding/exit follow up.

·        Takecare of day to day HR requirements of the organization such as ID cardpreparation, contracts renewal, salary preparation, leaves management,compensation and other statutory requirements.

·        Enterinformation for all employees in the organizations online HRMS and maintain upto date records on the HRMS.

·        Handleall queries, grievances and escalations from employees and ensure the same areresolved within committed timelines.

·        Conductinvestigations and prepare disciplinary action memos for employees.

·        Conductregular listening forums to ensure open communication and devise action plansto address issues/ concerns raised by employees.

·        Ensureconsistency of application of our HR policies and procedures and initiatechanges in line with changing legal requirements

·        Ensureimplementation of HR initiatives on the floor such as HR Forums, PMS,Satisfaction surveys, etc.

·        Preparereports every month like attrition analysis, exit Analysis, retention trackers,etc using employee information.

·        Todo extensive research on Global HR to know and understand latest trend and practicesfollowed world over and align our policies accordingly.

·        Toassist operations head for day to day activities
