Role: Scrum and XP coaches. Experience : 5 years Must to have: Looking for people with detailed understanding of scaled scrum. Should have experience in managing/leading Agile projects, working with teams, product owners and developers. Ideal candidates should be personable, pragmatic, hardworking, very bright and with significant experience (5 years coaching, additional years as scrum master, product owner, developer, analyst, etc.). Good to have: Leadership and personal charisma are important characteristics, and the right "fit" with our current team. Egos in check
