Job Location : Hyderabad

Designation: Deputy Manager-Operations

Desired candidates;

US Healthcare provider /payer experience, specifically in A/R recovery (RCM - Revenue Cycle Management services)

Provider side (AR / RCM) experience is mandatory

Minimum 5-6 years or above with 1-2 years as AM

Coaches and mentors Team Leads & AMs

Graduation is mandatory

Define and review KRA of Leads and AMs

Excellent communication skills

Exposure to people management and team handling..

Shift timings: 6.30 pm -3.30 am

Max (CTC : 6.50 LPA-7.00 LPA)
