 Take the responsibilities to answer and resolve all the IT related issues or queries for the end users across India
. Take control of the systems in remote and solve the system issues.
. Create Incidents, Service Requests received from Call/Email/Web and work on the issues and assign to corresponding support teams to get resolved
. Guiding the end users to raise request in correct category to the queries.
. Escalate pending incidents as per the Escalation matrix
. Reporting, calculation and analyze tasks for service desk .
. Sending Service Disruption and Restoration notifications within agreed timelines
. Handling Incidents - Coordinating with respective domain team internally
. Coordinating with Incident team during incident to facilitate work around solutions, recover systems immediately with minimal business impact by creating knowledge database to identify the impact area within minimal time duration.
. Following up with domain team operations for all incidents
. Meeting operations heads on weekly basis to review all escalations
. Do complete assigned tasks within SLA and follow the process as per updates
. Keeping track of all IT related updates and preparing MIS - Daily, Weekly, Monthly Dashboard reports
