Strong OOP and OOD
Design Patterns
Strong SQL Server including Stored Procs/optimization techniques and concurrency handling
Multi-threading in .Net
Product developer or worked on ERP/Software packages/product implementation
Willing to work on both VB .Net and C# .Net
Must have very good communication & interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team environment.
