Roles/Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with project managers and team to create detailed project plans for achieving timeliness and 100% quality in each project and deliverables.

• Determine appropriate architecture, technical solutions and make relevant recommendations to clients.

• Update knowledge on evolving development practices and try to integrate them into day- to- day operations.

• Be actively involved in and contribute regularly to the development community of the CMS (Magento/ Joomla/ WordPress) .

• Develop innovative, reusable web- based tools for activism and community building.

Requirements:

• Strong debugging skills and ability to quickly read and modify existing code.

• Strong knowledge in open- source ecommerce platform Magento and CMS like Joomla, WordPress, etc.

• Proficient in PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML5, Javascript, AJAX, XML.

• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

• Proven website development expert in PHP

• Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, etc

• Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services

• Expert in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, Ebay etc)

• Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas
