oMinimum 2-3years of experience in Magento
oShould have good programming skills in Magento including theme, plugins,
shipping, payment gateway, speed optimization
oMust have knowledge on E commerce (Payment Gateways, Shopping 
Carts, SEO Friendly Coding etc.)
oMust have good Communication Skills and Development Approach
oHigh-level problem-solving abilities and logical analysis skills
oExcellent experience in Magento Development with quality code and coding 
standards, code review, technical design & architecture
oShould be willing to work with a start-up and build value for herself/ himself 
along with the Company
oMust possess thorough understanding of Magnetos overall architecture, 
design-related system configuration and theming components.
oExtensive experience of PHP and MySQL.
oWorking knowledge of front end web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, 
JavaScript, jQuery etc.
