Job Description :

Role Overview :

Lead and manage one or more projects as assigned and deliver the products with desired quality and within the planned budget. Work as a key player in the Engineering team and support technical and strategic objectives of the Organization.

Responsibilities :

Lead and manage multiple development projects providing full technical leadership to the teams involved

Complete accountability for the end-to-end project execution including Requirements Analysis, Estimation & Sizing, Architecture & Design, Planning, Execution and Client/Partner stakeholder management

Involved Client/Partner stakeholders on the project progress

Ensure that the projects are delivered as per the expected quality within budgeted time and cost

Provide technical leadership to the team members and offer necessary guidance wherever required

Technical innovation evaluate new technologies, Engineering practices plan and lead POCs and contribute to the product engineering roadmap

Pre-sales support actively participate in pre-sales activities including response to RFPs/RFQs, business presentations clients and partners etc.

Securview security policies to be adhered to.

Qualifications : 

Bachelors or Masters in IT/Computer Science/Electronics Engineering, MCA or University degree equivalent

10+ years of experience in software development with minimum 2 years of experience as an Architect

Essential skills :

Technology enthusiast with hands on experience of designing highly complex Java/J2EE systems

Proven track record of leading successful deliveries of software development projects

Strong Solution Design & Architecting skills

Experience in working with Open Source technologies

Excellent communicator should be able to communicate across teams and hierarchies within the Organization and the Client/Partner stakeholders

Good to have experience with multiple application servers (Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, Web Sphere etc.)

Strong knowledge of databases Postgres, Oracle and PL-SQL
