1. Candidate should have experience working in Capital Markets and Financial Risk Management Domain
2. 6+ years of experience in Java/J2EE applications and relevant technologies
3. Experience in Hadoop Development
4. Expertise in Core Java, Collections, Concurrency, JDBC(Complex Queries/ Storepro/ Functions/ Triggers/ Index/ View etc) and Design Patterns.
5. Experience in Spring Framework and any ORM Framework (Hibernate/ Mybatis)
6. Experience in Synchronous, Asynchronous, Publish/Subscribe, Request/ Response, etc.
7. Familiarity in testing frameworks like Junit/ Selenium/ TestNG /FitNesse
8. Unix/Linux, basic commands/shell scripting
9. Experience working with applications running on Windows and Unix servers.
10. Experience in working with version control systems like SVN
11. Practical knowledge of, and willingness to follow Agile development methodologies, with special emphasis on frequent releases, stable interfaces and test driven development
12. Experience in working with different teams and work independently or minimum supervision.
13. Experience in working on development, unit testing and maintaining complex systems.
14. Ability to interpret business requirements and write java programs to solve business needs.
15. Good analytical and problem solving skills
16. Strong communication skills
