Required Skills: BPM Architect/Process Architect

JD for Hyderabad

Role Description: The BPM Architect/Process Architect would need to have at least 10+ years of experience. 

Responsibilities:

- BPM problem statement and business need analysis (Functional and Technical). 

- BPM program/Project/solution approach.

- Proof of Concepts/Solution Design.

- Delivery and Pre Sales Support.

- Competency Development.

- Effort Estimation.

Required Experience and Skills: 

- Good understanding of software development life cycle and Agile/Iterative methodology. 

- Prior experience in offshore-onshore development/maintenance projects. 

- Ability to perform technical analysis, design and identify impacts (functional/technical). 

- 6 to 8 years of experience preferable including IBM BPM 7.x and 8.x .

- At least 7 year s experience in BPM and involved in End to End BPM implementations. 

JD for Pune:

IBM Business Process Modeling (BPM) 8.5.7 Architect

Be able to lead and advise team if future applications should be developed using new technology framework available in 8.5.7; having assessed impact to existing built applications;

Be able to advise and perform code review of development team, looking out for potential performance or other operational issues; 

Advise BPM specific architecture;

Lead diagnosis and resolution of BPM architecture / product issues - able to reach out to PMR team, product team and larger BPM architect community

- Define the solution architecture from applications point of view

- Application Architecture to improve/guarantee Performance

- Integration between existing customer IBM BPM applications IAP / OMS / IPPM and other external legacy applications

- Provide technical direction to the development team, code reviews, etc.

- Prepare supporting documentation, review Technical Specification Design

- Support team in issue troubleshooting (at application and solution level)
